Family policies

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.

We ask that your child stay home with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or a rash we don't recognize, and return after a full day without symptoms. If your child gets sick here, we call right away so someone can pick them up.

A teacher hands each child over at the room door. We release a child only to the people you list in writing, and we ask for ID from anyone we don't know.

If you're going to be late, tell us by WhatsApp or phone. If pickup runs past closing time, we talk with you in person; the rule is in writing at enrollment.

The center serves breakfast, lunch and a snack. Tell us about any allergy at the tour; once you enroll, we ask again in private. Families of babies bring the milk or formula.

Babies sleep on their backs, in their own crib, with nothing else in the crib. Older children rest on cots, at the time each room needs.

We close on the holidays we give you in writing at enrollment. If we have to close for smoke, snow or any other reason, we tell you by text message and WhatsApp.

We ask for two weeks' notice, by message or in person, before your child leaves the center.
