Brisia Carrazco
Director and owner
Brisia runs Arrullo in Toppenish. She speaks Spanish and English with families, answers the WhatsApp messages and greets the children at the door when the center opens.
Brisia grew up in the Yakima Valley, in a Mexican family that worked the fruit. She learned to care for children in a center's classroom, and opened Arrullo so other families would have somewhere to leave their children before a shift starts.
What she does at the center
- Care for babies and children up to five
- Hours that follow families' work
- Spanish and English with families
License and training
DCYF child care center license

Why we open early
Many Toppenish families work in the fruit, in the packing houses and in the warehouses, and their shift starts before the sun is up. Arrullo opens at 5:30 a.m. from August to October so those families can get to work on time.
If your hours are different, message Brisia on WhatsApp and work out together which room and shift fit.
